How does the brain affect basketball ability?
I was reading an article and a Dr. said that if a player is smooth and is reactive he is using the right part of his brain and if he is robotic he is using the left part of the brain. I’m not sure is this is correct but how is this and how do I make my self a smoother basketball player?
The brain affects basketball ability, by affecting ones confidence. There are just some days when you cannot hit a thing and there are others when you can’t miss
